Founder & CEO
Krishna founded BoostTalent to help transform the role of customer support, bringing a depth of experience in the service and support industry. As the first hire for VMware India, Krishna built the company’s support organization into a multi-thousand headcount global organization. After VMware, Krishna founded a successful startup and then soon returned to his roots – noticing that the major shifts in the B2B model were creating critical gaps in the capabilities of support teams. BoostTalent was founded in 2016 and now helps some of the largest B2B technology companies in the world to optimize their support experience.

John has led successful, high-growth sales teams as a Chief Revenue Officer at both scale-up SaaS businesses and large global enterprises, including Hired, InsideView, and Findly. He previously held the Chief Operating Officer role at Baynote. Prior, as a senior executive leader at Oracle and SAP, he led multi billion-dollar global sales, customer support and operations teams.

Joe is a 25+ year technology and SaaS go-to-market veteran. Prior to BoostTalent, Joe built out the marketing teams at OODA Health (Cedar), InsideView and Zuora. Previously, he held product, marketing and operations leadership roles at VMware and Intuit.

Omid has served in pivotal go-to-market, customer operations, and growth leader roles and is passionate about customer support, success, advocacy, and growth. Prior to BoostTalent, he led Product Success at ServiceNow and Customer Success at SAP Cloud. Earlier in his career, he ran services, sales, and support at several global technology companies.

Liz has built her career through consultative, forward-thinking HR and recruiting work in high growth companies. She previously ran a consulting company helping teams at Pulumi, SignalFx, HashiCorp, MyVest, Evernote, and Hortonworks to maximize their hiring processes, hire and retain the right people for scale. Liz previously worked at VMware in people operations building their product management and marketing teams, and earlier was part of the HR team at Barclays Global Investors.

Nick brings over 15 years of financial leadership experience across technology, eCommerce and financial services industries, with a focus on financial planning and analysis (FP&A), strategic planning, and capital allocation. Most recently, Nick led finance for SAP SuccessFactors, directly supporting C-Suite leaders. He brings a highly collaborative approach to BoostTalent with a focus on designing a streamlined and efficient finance function.
